Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a part time assistant in our Metuchen office with a flexible schedule who is alert and resourceful. Individual must have integrity and the skills required to be an effective assistant and work in a pleasant environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accounting and assisting with QuickBooks
  • Managing company invoices
  • Drafting memos
  • Updating and creating company documents

10-20 hours per week.

Job Skills

  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent PC computer skills (understanding files/folders and Windows)
  • Excellent internet skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • QuickBooks familiarity a plus
  • Good communication skills
